Since 2003, Andy Corbus has made many contributions to the quality of Olivet’s academic programs. In his current position, he serves as the liaison between the Office for Academic Affairs and the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies (SGCS). He assists with the development, evaluation and revision of curriculum, along with the revision of catalogs and publications.

His academic responsibilities include recruiting students and teaching classes in the fields of finance, marketing, branding and strategy to adult continuing studies and graduate students.  His work with students includes addressing concerns, such as grading, incompletes and directed study. He also assists with class scheduling, grading and graduation processes.

Andy has been an entrepreneur throughout his career in the fields of real estate, construction, family entertainment, and food service.  For over 15 years he navigated the challenges of being a small business owner in the specialty foods arena.  He was responsible for developing a new market and creating a sustainable business offering great products and exceptional service to both retail customers and corporate clients. 

He is the co-author of Reality Sells: How to Bring Customers Back Again and Again by Marketing Your Genuine Story (W Business Books, 2007). This book was a 2008 Sales Book Awards Gold Medal Winner in the Sales Methodology category. He continues to write, consult, and presents in the areas of authenticity and customer service.

In the community, he serves on the local advisory board and is the chair of the property committee for The Salvation Army, Kankakee, Ill.
