    Program Description

The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program is designed to enhance professional leadership skills of business owners, managers, and supervisors in industry, non-profits and government. The MOL focuses on providing you with a variety of human relations skills, as well as conceptual and technical skills. We prepare you to successfully fulfill the planning, communicating, problem-solving and decision-making activities of your professional position.

Courses require learners to apply theories and/or models to specific problems and issues, or to change initiatives within their organizations.  Develop and improve your communication skills through presentations, papers, and journal-portfolios in which you assess the growth and development of your leadership skills. Collaborative learning team projects involve the study of specific leadership issues, and their possible solutions and change initiatives.
