Dr. Al Long is married to his high school sweetheart, Carol (Coke) Long for over 50 years.  They have three grown sons; Tad, Brad and Chad and they have 10 grandchildren.  Dr. Long is a lifelong educator entrepreneur, and author.  He served the public schools in Indiana for over 30 years before retiring and entering the business world and post-secondary world as a full time professor for Indiana Wesleyan University and launching his own business, Power Ventures.  After several years he retired again from the University and closed his business to spend more time traveling and serving.

Al enjoys reading, writing and serving others in any way he can along with collecting old cars and riding his Harley motorcycle.  He has recently re-entered the college teaching and course designing process with Olivet Nazarene University where he has developed a new principal license program and is teaching master’s level courses. Dr. Long is also an excellent keynote speaker. Please click here to learn more about the opportunity to win his motivational address: "Alone in a Crowd."
