Some of his most significant impacts have come from his work with individuals, teams, and organizations in talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & organization development solutions. Professional focal points include strategic planning, executive coaching, change management, professional & leadership development, succession planning, and talent assessments. He has used these distinctions to deliver profitable results on time and under budget.
One of the things he is professionally most proud of is the humanitarian impact his consulting company is having by giving five percent of each dollar received for services to a non-profit charity. He believes the purpose of business is to do good in the world. His greatest fear is not of failure, but succeeding at something that doesn’t matter.
He graduated with a B.S. and MBA from Olivet Nazarene University and most recently completed an executive education program at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) program with Regent University and holds multiple certifications in psychometric assessments, organization diagnostics, performance management and leadership facilitation.
