Kelli Schutte is a professor of business at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.  Kelli did her PhD studies at Michigan State University, completing her dissertation in work/life studies entitled “Work/Life Congruency: A Sense of Calling.  Fostering an Integrated Life of Purpose.” This study investigated at work/life strategy negotiation for female faculty members.  She has been a contributor to the Sloan Work/Family encyclopedia and the Human Resource Planning Society Journal as well as to numerous applied learning journals and several textbooks.  Her research interests lie in the area of work/life culture, policy development and strategy formation and social policy.
