Ray earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois, a Master’s Degree from Indiana University, and a Doctorate in Education from Loyola University – Chicago. He worked for 39 years as an educator at the high school level in various roles, retiring as Superintendent of Schools in Bremen District 228 in Midlothian, IL. After his retirement, Ray became involved with the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at Olivet in 2004. He has fulfilled a number of roles for Olivet during the last 11 years from Faculty Recruiting , to Associate Dean for Academic Services, to his current role as program director for the Driver Education Endorsement Program.
